Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 5 day Return & Refund Policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Once your request is approved, the return and refund process may take up to 15 to 30 days to complete.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

To initiate a refund request, please email us at letstalk@deadbeat.in. If your refund request is approved, we will refund the full order amount, excluding shipping charges. Items returned without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.
